How To Do The Bhugarbha Mantra
- किसी भी मंगलवार से इस साधना को प्रारम्भ कर सकते हैं |
- और यह केवल ७ दिन का प्रयोग है | मंगलवार से मंगलवार तक |
- और रोज १ माला मंत्र जाप करनी है |
- भूगर्भ माला से मंत्र जाप करना है
- और यह (रक्षा माला ) पहने रखना जरूरी है |
- और रात्रि को मंत्र जाप होगा |
- उत्तर दिशा की और मुँह करके बैठना पढ़ेगा |
- धोती पहनी होनी चाहिए | और माला पहनी हुई होनी चाहिए |
- यन्त्र आपके सामने होना चाहिए | और इस गुटिका को देखते हुए यह मंत्र जाप करना है |
- १ माला करनी है रोज | ९वें दिन अगले बुधवार को इस यन्त्र को नदी में प्रवाहित कर देना है |
- और भूगर्भ माला को भी प्रवाहित कर देना है |
- रक्षा माला और भूगर्भ गुटिका को नहीं फेंकना है |
