दरिद्रता, संकट, गृहकलह और अशांति को दूर करती है कमलारानी। इनकी सेवा और भक्ति से व्यक्ति सुख और समृद्धि पूर्ण रहकर शांतिमय जीवन बिताता है।
श्वेत वर्ण के चार हाथी सूंड में सुवर्ण कलश लेकर सुवर्ण के समान कांति लिए हुए मां को स्नान करा रहे हैं। कमल पर आसीन कमल पुष्प धारण किए हुए मां सुशोभित होती हैं। समृद्धि, धन, नारी, पुत्रादि के लिए इनकी साधना की जाती है।
इस महाविद्या की साधना नदी तालाब या समुद्र में गिरने वाले जल में आकंठ डूब कर की जाती है। इसकी पूजा करने से व्यक्ति साक्षात कुबेर के समान धनी और विद्यावान होता है। व्यक्ति का यश और व्यापार या प्रभुत्व संसार भर में प्रचारित हो जाता है।
